When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, business, email, phone number, industry, selected plan, and message, together with basic server metadata used to prevent abuse.
We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate a demonstration, and maintain business records. We do not sell your demo-request information. We do not use the demo form as consent for automated marketing text messages.
Demo requests are stored in a private server log and may be forwarded to an authorized notification email address. We use reasonable access protections but no internet-connected system is perfectly secure.
The example chat on this website runs in your browser and does not send its messages to our server. External image and font providers may receive ordinary web requests.
We retain demo-request information only as needed for legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact channel provided during your business interaction.
Before commercial launch: add your business's official public contact email/address, verify applicable state and federal privacy requirements, define a formal retention schedule, and update this policy for any deployed analytics, CRM, calling, or messaging integrations.
